Metova specializes in custom mobile application development targeting the Android, iOS, Blackberry, and Windows Phone 7 platforms. We seek to build simple, yet elegant solutions that meet our customers’ goals.
Metova was named an Inc 500 company in August 2011 after having initially been bootstrapped with $8k by Kevin Ross in 2006. The company has experienced tremendous growth in customers and revenues since its formation. Bootstrapped, profitable, and proud, Metova continues to be a privately held, debt-free company.

Kevin Ross, President and Founder
Kevin Ross is an entrepreneur with a passion for bootstrapping and building profitable, sustainable companies that make a difference. As President and founder of Metova, Inc. Kevin's focus is on strategic initiatives to grow Metova's products and services to fill the needs of the ever expanding mobile market.
Prior to Metova, Kevin Ross was the Chief Technology Officer for eGTG, a technology services company, as well as Chief Architect for Ingram Micro, the world's largest technology distributor. Working in software development management positions for education, healthcare, logistics, financial and supply chain companies, Kevin specialized in revamping failing development operations by analyzing and implementing the human, technology and process changes necessary to be successful.
Kevin has worked in the software industry for more than 13 years, and has a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.
David McAllister, Vice President of Operations
As VP of Operations for Metova, Inc. David is responsible for providing strategic and operational direction for Metova's global software development services, with a focus on growth to meet the demand in the mobile market.
Prior to Metova, David was Director of Information Technology for SPi. Leading the technology operations for the Healthcare Division in North America, he was responsible for all aspects of corporate applications, infrastructure and application development, as well as technology due diligence of potential acquisition targets. Prior to SPi Healthcare, David was the Director of Research and Development for Spheris, a healthcare technology company, steering product development and leading a team of software developers towards strategic technology solutions.
David has worked in the technology industry for over 14 years and has a degree in Information Technology from Keiser University.
Carrie Gofron, Director of Professional Services
As Director of Professional Services for Metova, Carrie is responsible for collaborating with our customers to provide custom software solutions that meet their vision.
Prior to Metova, Carrie was a Sales Engineer at Picsel Technologies for the US Sales Team, where she worked with OEM's and carriers to provide mobile software solutions. She was also employed by Motorola for over 6 years where she worked on the BMW Roadside Assist system and the first Motorola smartphone device ever released. Managing the software life cycle and working with 13 different 3rd party software vendors, she ensured proper integration and timely execution.
Carrie has worked in the software industry for more than 8 years, and has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.
