Bridge for Highrise Discontinued
Metova is discontinuing the Bridge for Highrise BlackBerry application.

If you have a current subscription to Bridge, all future recurring billing cycles have been cancelled and you have been granted a perpetual license free of any further charges. There will be no future application maintenance or updates, but you are free to use Bridge for Highrise as-is for as long as you would like.

For those of you that purchased the semi-annual or annual plan and encounter an issue, please use the built-in “Submit Feedback” feature and we will continue to provide support until the end of your paid agreement.

We hope that you continue enjoying Bridge for Highrise and we thank you for your support.

General

How do I see what version of the application I have installed?

  • Select Menu -> About to view the version at the bottom of the About Screen


Signing In, Logging Out and Exiting

How do I find my domain when signing in?

  • For site domain.highrisehq.com type "domain" into the text field. For example, metova.highrisehq.com will read "metova" in the domain text field.

How do I recover my password if I have forgotten it?

  • Select the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. This will launch the native browser where you can enter your email address to have reset instructions emailed to you.

What is the difference between logging out and exiting?

  • Logging out will take you back to the Login screen and force you to enter your credentials again, or someone else could login with their credentials.
  • Exiting will send the application to the background but keep you logged in.


Submitting Feedback

How do I send feedback on the application to Metova?

  • Select Menu -> Submit Feedback and you can enter your email address along with the Feedback Description. Selecting "Submit" sends that information directly to our development team.


Payment and Billing

Is there a trial license?

  • Yes. You have a 7 day trial from the day you download the application. After the trial expires you will be asked to purchase one of the three subscription plans.

What are the subscription plans?

  • There are three options:
    • Monthly recurring at $4.99
    • 6 month recurring at $25.95
    • 12 month recurring at $49.99

How do I pay for a subscription?

  • Select Menu -> Payment to view the subscription plans. Once you select a subscription plan you will be taken to the payment page where you can enter your credit card information to purchase the application. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Payment menu. Once you cancel you will have access to the application through the end of your subscription.

How do I update my billing information?

  • Select Menu -> Payment to edit your billing information.

What is your refund policy?

  • Refunds cannot be issued after paying for a subscription.


Bulk Licensing

We have multiple users and want to make payment with a single credit card, is there another payment option?

  • Yes! Please contact us at sales@metova.com to make arrangements. This is a manual process, please make sure you have 25 or more users and annual billing is acceptable.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

  • Yes! Bulk pricing is available for large numbers of users. Bulk pricing is available for large numbers of users utilizing the annual plan. If you have from 25 to 500 users, you are eligible for a 15% discount. Please contact us at sales@metova.com with the desired number of users and billing frequency for more information.


Sending Emails to the Dropbox

How do I send emails to the dropbox?

  • Go to the native email composer on your BlackBerry. Select "Send to Dropbox" under the To: field to send the email to your dropbox. The dropbox feature is not available within the application.


Contacts and Tasks

How do I view history for a contact?

  • To view the history, select the contact you wish to view. Scroll to the side menu located on the right of the screen so you can see 4 icon options. The first icon allows you to View History of that contact.

How do I add/edit a contact?

  • To edit a contact, select the contact you wish to edit. Scroll to the side menu located on the right of the screen so you can see 4 icon options. The second icon allows you to Edit that contact.

How do I add a note to a contact?

  • To add a note to a contact, select the contact you wish to add a note to. Scroll to the side menu located on the right of the screen so you can see 4 icon options. The third icon allows you to add a note to that contact.

How do I add a task to a contact?

  • To add a task to a contact, select the contact you wish to add a task to. Scroll to the side menu located on the right of the screen so you can see 4 icon options. The fourth icon allows you to add a task to that contact.


Preferences

How do I change the color of my theme?

  • Select Menu -> Preferences and you can select a color theme from the menu. You can also enter your own.
