Getting the Device's Event Log

Connect your BlackBerry device to your computer with a USB cable.
Download javaloader (See attachments below, or if you have a RIM JDE installed, it is located in the JDE/bin directory)
From a command prompt, navigate to the directory containing javaloader, and execute the following:
```
./javaloader -u eventlog > eventlog.txt
```

This method is not preferred because the log may be truncated to the maximum length of an email.

From your BlackBerry's home screen, not inside any applications, hold down "Alt" and push "LGLG" (L, then G, then L, then G).
Click on the menu button, and choose "Copy Day's Contents"
Create an email on the device to a developer (firstname.lastname@metova.com), and in the message body, choose "paste".
Send the email, and then follow up with an email of the issue you're experiencing.
