Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA), a healthcare staffing agency founded in 1999, places travel nurses on assignments in all 50 states, providing a critical service to hospitals that may be understaffed or need to fill vacancies. TNAA needed to update its digital offerings, including its website and mobile apps. Additionally, TNAA required a new external marketing site employing the latest best practices and an internal website to transform how they conducted business via the web and mobile.
Metova coordinated a complete rebranding effort impacting their entire business and technology. Outcomes from TNAA’s segmentation study were organized and communicated, leading the design effort and providing the information needed for a final branding guidelines document.
TNAA aimed to be a market leader by venturing into the mobile application space where their competitors didn’t yet exist. Metova built a proof-of-concept mobile application to assist with referrals by nurse ambassadors, serving as a foundation for functional expansion. This app integrated ongoing web activities to address nurses’ pressing concerns in the field while increasing efficiency with recruiters and support staff.
TNAA desired a domain change necessitating technical SEO expertise. Metova’s team successfully navigated this transition, ensuring TNAA didn’t lose organic traffic or domain strength, and has since consistently improved in rankings. Organic search traffic to the site increased. Metova also optimized SEM strategies, reducing CPC while increasing relevant traffic volume, resulting in a 100%+ increase in conversions via both SEO and SEM.
