Getting iOS 7 Log Files Without Using Xcode

Many customers do not have Xcode installed, much less know how to pull logs from it. When the customer needs to be able to view logs or to send logs to you to debug a defect, they can use this.

Step-by-step guide

1. Download the iPhone Configuration Utility for Mac OSX here or for Windows here
2. Install the iPhone Configuration Utility
3. Attach a device to your computer and open the Configuration Utility
4. Select the device in the left-hand menu and select Console
