FRANKLIN, Tenn. June 13, 2013 — Custom mobile app developer Metova announced today that Rebeccah Hartman has joined the firm as office manager. Additionally, Metova has promoted Caleb Hamilton from lead developer to software development manager.

Hartman joins Metova from SunTrust Bank where she worked as a teller coordinator, supervising employee activities and maintaining operational directives and customer service. She also previously worked as a scheduler for Nielsen Media Research.
“With over 10 years experience as an administrative professional, Rebeccah has terrific communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. She will be a great addition to Metova’s team,” said Dave McAllister, president.
Caleb Hamilton
In his new role, Hamilton will oversee mobile application projects and build long-term customer relationships. He joined Metova in 2011 as a developer.
“Caleb has always gone above and beyond what his job title actually requires. He has helped recruit developers who fit seamlessly into Metova’s culture; train new developers to help them meet their goals; and now he will take a larger role overseeing our team and projects,” said Dave Lane, vice president of technology. “He has proven his commitment to Metova time and time again, and we’re excited to offer Caleb this new opportunity to help our company grow.”
Hamilton previously worked as software developer for Harris Corporation, an international communications and information technology company. He graduated from Auburn University in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in software engineering.
