2014 has been a banner year for Metova!
We worked on a plethora of projects for our customers, both new and old:
Growth
To keep up, we hired over 28 new employees and our first interns. Metova’s size increased by 66%!
We expanded our office to the second floor which doubled our space and gave us an additional 4,000 square feet. So much room for activities!
A New Way of Working
We’ve changed everything from our process and the way we sell our apps to our culture.
Training
We offered Ruby on Rails training classes to the public. While Metovians and their friends and families were all very supportive, we didn’t get the traction we were looking for and have shelved the idea for the time being. It was a learning experience for all of us!
