Shedera is also academically accomplished, with a BS in Communications from Purdue University Global with a Project Management Professional certification. She is earning her Master of Science in Public Relations Innovation, Strategy, and Management from the University of Southern California.

Randy’s impressive 21-year tenure in the Air Force saw him serve as a security forces craftsman, a geospatial imagery analyst, and a first sergeant. His career spanned diverse locations, including England, Turkey, The Netherlands, the Republic of Korea, North Dakota, Florida, and Virginia. This extensive experience honed his leadership and analytical skills, which he now brings to Metova.
At Metova, Randy’s military background and skills developed during the SkillBridge program bridge the gap between technical teams and executive management. He drives innovation and fosters a results-oriented culture. In just seven months, Randy has orchestrated success for multiple concurrent IT solutions and custom software projects. His expertise in process optimization and agile delivery, coupled with his ability to seamlessly navigate complex activities, has led teams to on-time launches and exceeded client expectations.
In addition to his military service, Randy holds a B.S. in Strategic Leadership and an M.S. in Management from Troy University. He is also a certified project management professional, further enhancing his ability to lead complex projects and deliver exceptional results.
