Apple has acquired Burstly, the owner of TestFlight. Testflight is a popular platform used by mobile app companies to test and distribute their iOS and Android projects. Unfortunately, TestFlight on March 21^st of this year. FlightPath, Burstly’s solution to mobile analytics, is also being retired.

Yesterday Amazon announced a new device, Amazon Fire TV. Similar to the Apple TV and Roku, it allows users to stream TV shows, movies, music, and download apps. Amazon Fire TV stands out in that it is built for gaming, even supporting its own gaming controller.
